Myslina is a village and municipality in Humenné District in the Prešov Region of north-east Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1307.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 160 metres (520 ft)^[3] and covers an area of 9.54 km² (3.68 sq mi) (2024).^[4]

It has a population of 599 people (31 December 2024).^[6]

In year 2021 was 583 people by ethnicity 566 as Slovak, 12 as Not found out, 6 as Rusyn, 4 as Other, 3 as Czech, 3 as Romani and 2 as German.
