Lukačovce is a village and municipality in Humenné District in the Prešov Region of north-east Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1543.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 167 metres (548 ft)^[3] and covers an area of 7.47 km² (2.88 sq mi) (2024).^[4]

It has a population of 443 people (31 December 2024).^[6]

In year 2021 was 465 people by ethnicity 440 as Slovak, 18 as Not found out, 6 as Ukrainian, 6 as Rusyn and 1 as Polish.
