Vapi Municipal Corporation (VMC) is the local civic body responsible for governing the city of Vapi in the Indian state of Gujarat. It looks after urban planning, basic civic infrastructure and public services within the municipal corporation limits. The corporation is headed by a municipal commissioner, while an elected body of corporators and a mayor will administer the deliberative wing after the first municipal corporation elections are held.[1]
