History

Source Capital Funding, Inc. was founded in 2007 by Sacha Ferrandi. The company operates as an asset-based lender, providing loans over $550M that are secured primarily by real estate equity rather than borrower credit history or income documentation.[6][7][8] Its lending activities are focused on business purposes, including the purchase, refinance, and improvement of investment and commercial properties.[1][9]

The company offers loan products to real estate investors and business entities for commercial transactions, property acquisition, and refinancing. Its loans are designated for business use and are not intended for consumer or personal purposes.[2][10]

Source Capital Funding services its loans through its affiliated servicing division, Red Leaf Servicing.[11]
