Poloma is a village and municipality in Sabinov District in the Prešov Region of north-eastern Slovakia.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1330.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 582 metres (1,909 ft)^[3] and covers an area of 8.78 km² (3.39 sq mi) (2024).^[4]

It has a population of 944 people (31 December 2024).^[6]

In year 2021 was 933 people by ethnicity 920 as Slovak, 12 as Not found out, 8 as Rusyn, 7 as Czech, 2 as German, 1 as Italian, 1 as Polish, 1 as Hungarian and 1 as Other.
