George T. Birks is a former fencer from England, who won a gold medal at the Commonwealth Games.
Biography
Birks represented the England team[1] at the 1962 British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Perth, Australia.[2] He competed in the sabre events, winning a gold medal.[3][4][5]
He was a member of the London Polytechnic Fencing Club[6] where he was a pupil of Bela Imregi.
