Anthony Christopher Johnson (born November 9, 2004) is an American college football cornerback for the San Diego State Aztecs.
Early life
Johnson attended Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Eastvale, California. He played cornerback and wide receiver in high school. As a senior, he had 62 tackles and three interceptions on defense and 16 receptions for 342 yards and six touchdowns on offense. He committed to San Diego State University to play college football.[1]
College career
As a freshman at San Diego State in 2022, Johnson played in 12 games, recording six tackles, and as a sophomore in 2023 played in 12 games with 30 tackles and an interception. He started all 12 games his junior year in 2024, and had 67 tackles, one interception and three forced fumbles.[2] Johnson returned to San Diego State for his senior year in 2025.[3][4][5][6]
